Romantic Suspense released from Avon 25 Mar 08

This book is set in San Antonio and features a female detective whose sister was abducted and killed and no one was ever caught. Understandably she wants to be in on the investigation but her superior feels she is too close to the case.

When the body of a young girl is found interred in an old theater it becomes important to find out what happened to her and give her family a sense of closure. While on the search for what happened to the girl she meets the most delectable man who leaves her white roses on her fire escape.

Diego Galvin is rich and a hunk but is he involved with what is going on in the city? Rebeccca found him at the crime scene and then finds him when she talks to the wealthy man who once owned the theater and he pretends to just meet her. I he to good to be true?

There is no shortage of suspects and no shortage of really bad people and Diego and Rebecca seem to be caught in the middle .I really enjoyed this book and even the Hunk was one you want to be one of the good guys.Hope to see more of this author.

I really enjoyed this book and even the Hunk captures you as he did Rebecca. How many men even know what flowers are?
