[off topic]This has nothing to do with the topic at hand; however, I just have to ask. Is there any hope for TGTBTU and Cox to ever talk to each other again? I’m reduced to hitting the site via anonymous proxy server or my Centro.
I now return you to your regular programming… Carry on.[/off topic]
(off topic) i know this has nothing to do with the topic at hand but I just have to ask. Is there any hope of TGTBTU and Cox ever talking to one another again? I’m reduced to hitting your site via anonymous proxy server or my Centro and it seems I can’t even comment by proxy.
At any rate, back to your regularly scheduled program… Carry on! (/off topic)
Melanie – we have actually spoken to Cox on several occasions, so far to no avail. We’ve opened trouble tickets with both Cox and our own server provider and neither one can seem to find what the problem is.
It would help us tremendously if you, and all the other Cox customers who read our site, would open your own trouble tickets complaining of the same. Perhaps with paying customers being the complainers, they’ll be more apt to do something.
Thanks for commenting on this, though. We need your help making sure we stay on top of this.
Ticket entered along with a traceroute showing where the connection drops. Hopefully, my complaint on top of yours will help.
