How come I haven’t heard of this? Anyone read it yet? Know anything about the author? I can’t find a website. Doesn’t look like it is being marketed as ‘erotic romance’ but as historical romance.
I am guessing on the spicy side.

Well her site is up and there is an excerpt for her second novel, Gentlemen Behaving Badly, that comes out in Aug 2008. But I couldn’t find one for this novel.
I read the manuscript. The version I was not what I’d call erotic, but it was fast-paced, clever, sexy and fun. I hope it does well.
A blackmailing heroine and a uptight judge? I am already hooked!
The cover is enough to get my attention.
I like the cover too (except so much text! it looks so busy).

Another new author to buy, I love reading new author books….this book looks good, I’ll have to remember to put it on my “To Buy” list.
I thought this one sounded interesting as well, although I haven’t read a historical in who knows how long.
I don’t get why authors don’t at least set up a blog.
Yeah, where’s the excerpt? I can’t just buy a book because the cover tells me to. I need to be given some milk sample that’s what, if you want me to shell out bucks for the whole cow. 🙂

The excerpt and setup look great. But the heroine calls her father, “dad”? Ever since A&E’s Pride & Prejudice I think of girls calling their father, “papa”, in Merry Olde England. Am I wrong?
