Well, we appear to be BACK!! Cox customers can now get to the http://goodbadandunread.com site and actually make comments! and we couldn’t be happier!

I’m escalating again. Whatever they did yesterday, they need to make permanent. I’ve asked them to fix it fix it. Not just fix it and forget it.
How Long did it take them to stop laughing?
I don’t know, but I’m cryin’ here. Work is kicking my BUTT all over TOWN. And Cox isn’t making it easier.
