Turning Up Some Historical Heat

We have chatted about Hope Tarr‘s upcoming Blaze, which is going to launch their HISTORICAL Blaze line. Woot!Go check out the inside scoop from Hope! And get ready for Harlequin Historical Undone…

There is going to be a new ‘ebook exclusive’ line with Harlequin Historical…. and it is gonna be spicy. There are no guidelines yet but what I do know:

  • It is tentatively scheduled for November ’08
  • They will be short, sexy historical romances
  • The working name is Harlequin Historical Undone

These steamy reads will explore passion through the ages and YES there will be westerns. Just in case you missed it or have forgotten in your excitement – there are no writing guidelines available at this point. But Harlequin Historical Undone will be hot, the characters compelling and the time periods will cover everything from Medieval to Regency to Western!

Of course as soon as I know more I will let you know *g*. Don’t know about you but I am sooooooo looking forward to November.

    I love Hope Tarr and I can’t wait for this new release. I think it was a genius idea for Harlequin Blaze to make a Historical line. I know this book is going to be great because that excerpt of the book was very captivating.

    It will be interesting to see what the Blaze authors come up with but I have to say I am REALLY interested in the Harlequin Historical Undone ebook line.

    I just hope they aren’t ‘briefs’. I don’t normally like 20 page stories… just not enough.

    I’m looking forward to the Blaze Historicals and the Undone books, too, though like Sybil, I hope they aren’t too brief either, most of the time those are like reading an excerpt, a teaser wanting you to read the rest of the story.

    just finished Bound to Please…so very yummy!
    I tend to like my historicals longer…but I’ll take the Harlequin Historical line if it’s as hot as Hope Tarr set the bar!

    ohhhh well keep in mind I think the Undone will be ‘briefs’ like the Spice Briefs so that means short.
