Book CoverDinca’s review of Hannah (Farraday Country, Book 8) by Chris Keniston
Contemporary Romance published by Indie House Publishing 25 July 17

It’s hard to believe I am on Book 8 and still enjoying the series.  Ms. Keniston is definitely going strong. Sean Farraday’s children have all been married off in their own interesting stories.  Hannah Farraday is the first of the three cousins in the series. I will continue reading them all.

Hannah’s is the new therapist position at her cousin Conner’s new equine center, and getting everything ready for her first patient is all she can think about.  Until she was thrown from her horse that was spooked by a motorcycle. The first thing Hannah did when she was back on her horse was look for the mysterious matchmaking dog. Nope, no dog to be found anywhere.

Dale/Dave Johnson stops to rest on the side of the road. When he starts his motorcycle again, he notices a horse rearing and the rider thrown to the packed, west Texas earth. After making sure she is alright and getting her home safely, he continues on his way to town. He needs to check in with his sheriff friend DJ Farraday before he heads further west.

After spending the night at the B&B, Dale/Dave passes out just before leaving. Brooks Farraday, the doctor, advises him not to get back on the motorcycle because of his injuries. DJ hides him away at the Farraday ranch and they all pretend Dale/Dave left town on his motorcycle.

Having to stay in hiding with the beautiful, smart, and funny Hannah Farraday is not easy. When everyone thinks you are dead is not a good time to find the love of your life. But undercover and dead he must stay.

I don’t want to give any more spoilers. Pick up this book and read to your heart’s delight. You will not be disappointed.  All of Ms. Keniston’s characters are well developed and a joy to get to know.
