A Reason to Sin wraps up the Forrester brothers trilogy. And I for one hope there are more westerns coming from Ms. McKade after it. At least that is what I told her poor editor, over and over and over.

But it is all good cuz I think Cindy still thinks I am Wendy! WoOT!

Rebecca Glory Bowen Colfax was out of options. Which is how she wound up working at the Scarlet Garter in Oaktree, Kansas as a singer and hurdy-gurdy girl, trying to scrape together enough money to get her son back. At the saloon, she reveals nothing of herself, not even her real name. She doesn’t want anyone to know her secrets—especially not sexy Slater Forrester, a faro dealer and ex-spy who’s clearly haunted by something in his own past. But when violence bursts through the saloon’s doors, she discovers a dangerously appealing side to Slater, a side she finds hard to resist. But how will the man she’s falling for react when he uncovers the secrets she’s keeping?

    I love Rod Stewart. He used to be a bit of a sex symbol back in my high school days. Now he’s a little sad, but I still like his music. “Maggie May” still gets me hot. *blush*

    Sorry, I never saw the appeal of Rod Stewart. *shrugs* But he’s older than my parents so that could be it *winks*

    I am looking forward to reading all of these books. I was debating reading them but wasn’t sure (my book budget is small, I have to be careful what I buy). That’s why I love the readers blogs~I get so many great book suggestions!

    I read the excerpt to REASON TO SIN in the back of REASON TO BELIEVE. This has been a very good series so far with A REASON TO LIVE being an exceptional book. March 2008 seems so far away!

    Thanks, Rosie! Yes, it’s definitely difficult to top “A Reason to Live” with all the emotion that was packed into it.
