Kelley Armstrong will always be the author who sold me on wolfie stories.
I don’t even hold it against her that she set the bar pretty damn high for every paranormal author that followed her.
Add in the fact her Women Of the Otherworld series took us into ghost land, a place I don’t like to go. And I liked it, you have an author I think is beyond awesome.
I even have to say when I read about Exit Strategy, her first step out of the paranormal and isn’t a romance I still sat up and went – I WANT!
Of course I have to admit even if I didn’t have a love of her stories, I have mad respect for an author who not only allow fanfiction but provides a home for it on their own website.
And even better than that… Kelley Armstrong has free reads up on her site. Like really good stuff… it makes my lil fangrrl heart go pitter pat. No really, if you are sitting there going who (where the hell have you been?) go read Beginnings, Becoming or Savage.
Then if you decide to start the series start with Bitten. And for everyone else stay tuned I should have a date for her guest day shortly.
I’ve really enjoyed the Kelley Armstrong books I have read so far!
She is one of my favorite authors evah.
Kelley was my first foray into the paranormal. After reading Bitten years ago I was hooked on the paranormal and wanted more and wanted to write that too. She did raise the bar high, and very few have come close to the level of her craft. She’s a lovely person and very generous with her time. What she gives back to the author community and to her readers is a marvel. If only we could all be that gracious.
Love Love Kelley’s book I can hardly wait for No Humans Involved and her new series.
I haven’t discovered Kelley yet. Sounds like I’m really missing out. I’m off to check her out and find some of her books right now!
