having made time to go to rt board I have decided it is a scary place. I think it is best if I don’t respond to those posts. In fact after reading a few of them it is prolly best I stay away from that board.
How can you review books that aren’t being published? And should RT turn away money because OMG too many romantica books are wanting to put out ads?
Gosh the inspirational section is growing too, do you think that has anything to do with the fact there are more being published? hmmmm maybe that is just an act of god and the erotica section is growing just to piss off the good lil ‘normal’ romance readers.
And omg how do I protect my children from reading this filth! If you people keep printing this trash I might have to GASP talk to my own kids about sex.

Oh, RT boards aren’t that bad. OK, Politics board is truly a scary place. It flamed me out off the board, but all in all, other RT boards are not that bad, really?
Angie – I agree, the mag isn’t really anything to do with its boards. I know that some regular posters don’t even read the magazine. Oh, wait. I’m referring to myself as well. Ooer.
By mainstreaming these type of books you are saying they are OK which is not a good direction we(maybe not you) want our society to go. I am looking at the whole picture.

Well, mrsmel managed to piss me off with the same quote you used, and then I felt the need to post a comment to LynnK who was defending the judgemental witch. And rostx with all those inane questions drives me crazy, it’s like the board was hijacked. I think it’s one of the reasons so many have run to blogging.

*laughing* mrsmel is one out of, how many?, 100 regular posters and 400 semi-regular posters? If I remember her posts correctly, she’s a semi-regular who enjoys recommending books. So she’s not too bad.
