This book is set in modern-day Vancouver (presumably BC, not WA).  The hero, Valentine, and heroine, Samair, meet in his nightclub and proceed to have a very steamy relationship.  This is a very erotic book, but a very fun one as well.  I enjoyed the hell out of reading it.  But I can't for the life of me figure out the image on the cover!  Is that a pair of fishnet-clad breasts being squished together?  And is that an arm or a leg across the front?  It's like one of those IQ puzzles.
