One of my colleagues is getting married this Saturday. I’m very happy for her, I’ve got her gift, I’ve got my RSVP in, I’ve got this really cute dress (it’s so comfortable too) from Ann Taylor LOFT to wear.
But I don’t know which shoes to wear.
I’ve got cute shoes that seem to just fall out of my closet and I don’t know which ones to wear.
So any suggestions? I’ve narrowed it down to these three pairs, but if someone else has a suggestion, I’m sure I’ve got a shoe in that color. Except green.
I need a pair of green heels. And maybe a pair of royal blue heels. . .and some metallic pink heels. . .I’m such a shoeholic. I’ve even bough shoes off eBay. I know, but I don’t want to admit that I have a shoe problem!
But back on topic.
Suggestions anyone? Which shoes do you think look best with my dress? Or which ones would you want to wear if you had an option?
I think the purple is good. Not too high a heel, and bold without being too bold. I love the blue ones, though! I think the purple ones better compliment the elegance of the dress too.

I guess before I suggest, I need to know the accessories you plan to put on – hairclip, jewelry, handbag, wrap/shawl, etc. Without this info, I’d say any one of the three pairs is a fine choice.
No hair clip, my hair is shoulder length and very curly (think Stella in CSI:NY) and I’m going to wear it down. Gold tear drop chandelier earrings and a gold necklace, no braclets. No wrap and a simple little black evening bag.
Then I’d go for the pair in red (shocking pink?.

Purple gets my vote . . very pretty . . with the pink a close second.

Definitely the pink, pink is always fun and adds a great burst of color.
Oh honey, you must go with red. Though if you had a red matching bangle braclet, that would help. Gotta bring the color in somewhere else in the ensemble. It’ll make you pop.
I’d go purple, but that’s my fave color so I always lean that way. LOL
Not that it’s needed at this point, but my vote is for the pink/red too. Enjoy the wedding!
I have to so no no no no on the blue. Those are so not wedding. That thing on the front… don’t know.

I’m probably going to get kicked out of the Girl Club for saying this, but I’m just not a shoe person. Give me a few basic goes-with-anything colors and I’m content. Now WATCHES? That’s whole ‘nuther story.
Anyway, if it was me, I’d wear black shoes to match the dress. But since you have more flair than I do and want color, my vote is for the more understated purple shoes. 😀
The purple ones, but if you have some pink ones (are those pink here or red?), I think pink would look nice. These red/pnk? ones are ok, but purple are nicer with the dress. Sleek looking.

I think I like the purple best. But the pink/red ones are nice, too. You’d be safe with either.

Not sure if I’m too late but I would say the purple – yep, fav. color. I have a wedding in Sept and really want to have fun with the shoes – I’m thinking a soft green.

I’m with Dee. Wear the red (or pink, or whatever color it is) and then wear some red somewhere else to bring it all together.
