The Hunters – I’ll Be Hunting You By Shiloh Walker
What happens when a woman loses the man she was born to love? Tori doesn’t know. Declan has been her lover, her friend, her confidant — now he is gone. With grief and heartache driving her insane, Tori has become a liability to those she knows and loves.
Until a fellow Hunter arrives on her doorstep with a mysterious message. You must go…
Tori doesn’t want to go anywhere. But now she can’t resist. What is waiting for her is something she never dared to hope for.
I’ll Be Hunting You is part of The Hunters series. You could read it, as long as you have read the first book in the series, The Hunters – Declan and Tori. I don’t think it would make much sense without book one since this short story uses the same characters.
But as I say it could be read, I really don’t recommend making this your second or so Hunter novel. Series!whore that I am, I tend to really enjoy when authors revisit their characters in novella’s. This book doesn’t run into the problem many readers have with shorts, the author doesn’t have to sell you true love in under 100 pages. It is there from word one.
At the same time the new reader might not feel the connection or care about the H/h because they haven’t come to know them. Time moves very quickly, there are many dream sequences and for under 100 pages there are quite a few characters. I enjoyed it and would say if you are a hunters fan go buy it, you will enjoy revisiting with old friends. Even if it is sort of a downer at first… what? Scroll up and read the summary. Relax, its romance…
If you haven’t tried The Hunters, don’t buy it. Instead pick up The Hunters – Declan and Tori and then make up your mind. And if you don’t like The Hunters, skip it completely and go check out this.
I love Shiloh’s Hunter series, and this is definitely going on my list. Shi is responsible for me getting into ebooks.
😉 geez, you wouldn’t believe how many people have threatened to kill me when they first read the blurb for this one…glad you liked it Sybil.
I love this series! I have a couple of the books in the series on my wishlist.

Well, when I ‘m reading romance, I do need my HEA. *g*
With these series, I have a habit of getting them in ebook in reading them and then getting in print and re-reading them! They are my favorites.
