I was lucky to once again meet Jill Shalvis at the RWA Nationals in Anaheim, and she is the sweetest person! We had only a few minutes to chat – she had a long old line waiting for her books! – but she’s definitely someone I would love to sit down with, enjoy a glass of wine, and just gab for a few hours.
But since we can’t do that, what better way to celebrate Jill’s new release in her Lucky Harbor series than to give away the first five books in the series. That will get you caught up for the newest addition, Forever and a Day, which hit the shelves July 31.
Included are: Simply Irresistible, The Sweetest Thing, Head Over Heels, Lucky in Love, and At Last. And they’re all autographed!
So are you feelin’ lucky? Tell me about your favorite romantic series and why it’s so special to you, and I’ll put your name in the hat!
U.S. readers only, please.
Thanks for the giveaway. I have two favorite romantic series: the Bridgertons by Julia Quinn and the Chicago Stars by Susan Elizabeth Phillips. Both series had wonderful characters with great plotting and humorous situations.
I love Julie Lessman’s Winds of Change series about the O’Connor family and how each one found their true love. Steven’s story will be released in Oct 2012. I have been reading for over 60 yrs and read many romantic series but my brain just went on strike and I can’t think of another one. lol
Thanks for the opportunity to win Jill’s books. I have read the first in series but would love to have the whole series. Already on my wish list.
I love Kaki Warner’s Blood Rose series. I got hooked on it in the first few pages of the first book and was that way all the way through the series. Also Emily March’s Eternity Springs series is a great one. I think its because you just love the characters in these books and it makes you fell you are part of the book.
The Nalini Singh Psy/Changeling series. I was between jobs when Slave came out and it picked me up out of that depression, and every year I get a little extra hit of happy when I buy the newest. I’m never disappointed or bored and more often than not I cry at the end but I always get a HEA and the overall mystery plot gets better and better. This is one series that I don’t mind it going on because the quality never diminishes.
I love the bradford bunch series by erin nicholes i loveeee them because of how sexy they are but more of close family anf friends they have become in each story Erin is an awesome story teller
Some day i would so love to meet Jill Shalvis! I remember The firsts books of Jill’s I rstarting reading of hers were the South Village Singles where 4 heroines living in a loft apartment building all get their HEA in their own books (messing with Max, Tangeling with Ty, etc). So that series was awesome. It was the first series I read of hers and my favorite. I can still picture theloft apartments and many feelings from the scenes still today. Jill has a fun great writing voice!
As for other series I love reading, its endless! I’d go with one I’m reading recently snd thsts the Bridal Favors historical romance series of Jade Lee. You must check them out!
I’d love to play for Jill’s in kindle if thats an option. thanks
I LOVE Sam Cheevers “Honeybun” series. The stories are a perfect mix of romance, action and comedy surrounding the Honeybun family (all droolworth men!) and the women who love and protect? them. My favorite of all is “A Honeybun in Hell” a perfect Halloween read.

I love a great series and have so many favorites, almost all of them are auto-buys for me.
I love the Psy/Changeling and the Guild Hunter series, Eve Dallas series, Bliss series by Sophie Oak, Maya Banks KGI and every series that Joey W Hill writes. I’ve been hearing so many great things about Jill’s books, so thanks for the chance to get to know her characters in the Lucky Harbor series.

I love series because I like to keep up with characters and see how the worlds develop. I think my favorite is the in death series by JD Robb. We see a mix of awesome characters. In Eve and Roarke, we see two people working to make a marriage work with varied interests and working to live together when they are both fiercely independent. We also see other relationships develop and grow and sometimes fall apart in the other characters. Robb does a great job of mixing up the characters throughout the books – we do not always see every secondary character in each book – and its refreshing when some favorites come around again when we haven’t seen them in a while.
My favorite romance series is Julia Quinn’s Bridgerton’s. Great heroes and heroines in each story and I love the family relationships.
Thanks for the giveaway. Love Jill’s books.

My favorite is Lisa Kleypas’ The Wallflower series. I really enjoyed the friendships between the women and how they didn’t fit into society but found love anyway.
I love Ilona Andrews’ Kate Daniels series – she’s snarky & kick-ass, but she loves her friends (and Curran) fiercely. I also like Nalini Singh’s Archangel series & J.D. Robb’s In Death – I think there are some similarities in the characters’ relationships and power differentials.
Hard to pick a favorite. My all time favorite is Roberta Gellis Roselynde Chronicles. Right now I cannot wait for the next St. Cyr mystery by C. S. Harris, Lady Julia Grey mystery by Deanna Raybourn or Lady Emily mystery by Tasha Alexander. All of these series have a strong romance streak and I love the character development. Looking forward to more books by Lynn Viehl and her Darkyn series.
The Hathaway series by Lisa Kleypas because it’s about a close family.
