Now it's 6:50 in the morning, I'm sitting on my balcony overlooking the north shore, and watching the blue, blue Pacific and wondering why the Gulf of Mexico can't be this color. ;-) I was born in a place that was hills lined up against the ocean, and I so miss this combination. But in the end I gave the North-West Frontier a pass because it is in Pakistan today and it is so far away from my husband's southern ancestral land that he knows nothing about it. :-) Oops.
