Gwen – lol lol lol! And yeah… pretty much the fact that Tessa Radley wrote this book and it’s part of the “Man of the Month” convinced me to buy this book. Otherwise, cover etc (even story line…) no. :X

Georganna – I’m enjoying the fact that the Saxons all got their stories. Haha, you could buy the ebook so you don’t have to look at the cover? But, I’ve done the same and not bought a book when the cover is just that bad.

Lynne – Yes, suspended belief would be the phrase. I will agree with you on the covers. Every so often, there’s a winner… but then also some losers.

Definitely agree with you here. I enjoyed the book, but I had to suspend my disbelief big time to really go for it.
And yes, the cover sucks. In general, Harlequin covers are getting a bit better, but this one was awful.

I have been enjoying this series too.
BUT – I hate this cover!!!! If I didn’t want to read Megan’s story so badly, I wouldn’t buy the book based on cover alone!:-)
(I know, I know…you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, but sometimes that is so hard!)

Have any of the Duckies written about truly horrible/cheesey covers?
