I tend not to notice bad writing, because so much of what's out there in romancelandia is serviceable and that's all I really need. Big mistake. I found the writing so clumsy and amatuerish I stopped after 10 pages (the abuse of dialogue tags alone was ridiculous) . How was the actual writing in this book?
