I was pretty ho-hum on it until the characters meet Drew, and then from about the halfway point on it really started to cook for me. If you're a sucker for secret baby plots, I thought this was a particularly good one....even though I found the birth mother ("other woman") a little <i>too</i> self-sacrificing. Also, one thing I didn't note - this novel is in first person, told in the heroine's point of view. That might be a deal breaker for some readers, although I will say I thought Garvey does a marvelous job with it. Lori:
