I think I’d better read a Lick of Frost. Six Daddies, really? A lot to swallow, but Merry’s real good at that.

Based on the title, I had hoped it was just my favorite, Doyle. My mind went to a dirty place.

It was pretty good, story-wise. I was equally surprised. I fully expected it to be all tired out from being overworked, but this one went places. Not very far – we don’t venture more than a few hundred yards in any direction thru the whole book – but still it went story places.

I think the next entry should be interesting.
