Cynthia Eden has just announced she, along with a partner-in-crime friend, is going to be starting an online book club. Nope, this is not shades of Oprah. This is a romance book club. And there is a difference.

~ “I don’t want to cry and I don’t want to feel like I’m an emotional wreck after reading a book,” Cynthia said. “I just want to smile and think, ‘Damn, that was good.’”

~ The club is as yet unnamed. It will have its own MySpace page where readers can drop in to discover what the book selection for any particular month is. Readers will also be encouraged to leave comments about the selections they choose to read.

~ The plan is to cover a wide variety of genres: historicals, contemporaries, romantic suspense, and, of course, paranormals. But all the books must be romances and they must have happy endings.
