I know I screamed so much just at Six Flags a couple of years ago that I couldn't talk for two days. I remembered not to do it last year... but someone lands on my hood?.. yep... I'm suddenly flying up to the roof without expecting it? Oh yeah... Sudden explosions? Of course I'd be screaming! It made me think how often the heroines in books don't scream.
